  • Preparation of tenancy agreement

 

Letting rent collection only

  • Advertisement of the property
  • Introduction of the tenant, to include obtaining all necessary references this is completed by an independent professional referencing company.
  • Registration of deposits
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement
  • Preparation of Inventory & schedule of condition
  • Setting up of Standing Orders and the  processing of rents received.
  • Payment of rent into client’s UK bank account.

 

Full Management

  • Energy performance & Gas safety certificates organised
  • Rental appraisals – up to date advice on the potential rental value of the property.
  • Advertisement of the property
  • Introduction of the tenant, to include obtaining all necessary references this is completed by an independent professional referencing company.
  • Registration of deposits
  • Preparation of tenancy agreement
  • Preparation of Inventory & schedule of condition

  • Preparation of the periodic statement of account.
  • Payment of rent into client’s UK bank account.
  • Payment of outgoings by arrangement.
  • Co-ordination of repairs/refurbishments at the property as authorised by the landlord using our professional contractors or the Landlord’s preferred contractors.
  • Co-ordination of inspections of the property
  • Setting up of all utility accounts
